I'm not a big Saison guy, but I enjoyed this. It definitely improves and the flavors reveal themselves as it warms up. Peppery, citrus-hoppy, a little dirty. Good stuff.

Pours a hazy but not turbid light orange in color with a finger of white head. Aroma is interesting but subtle, spicy, peppery, and A touch of fruit gum. Taste is spicy/peppery with distinct fruity bubblegum flavors. Light-medium body and carbonation. Overall a decent beer but the bubblegum notes overwhelm everything else.

Poured an cloudy orange-copper color with a 2F head in a Mikasa tulip.
Interesting aroma: spicy, peppery, fruit.
Light carbonation.
The taste opens up with warming. Citrus, earthy.
Very spicy finish.
Unusual and interesting approach to a Saison. The spice is pepper not clove. Azacca hops.
It's best to enjoy this beer 47°+ to bring out the flavors.

A wonderful twist with this "hoppy" saison. Pours gold with a white head. No lacing.
