Hah, great name, Zombie (Cranberries) NO can date.
Pours a med frothy foamy 1 finger head with moderate retention, fair whispy lacing, hazy med honey blond color
Nose starts with saison characters, grainy cereal malt and wheat, little toasty straw, grainy wheat/oat, floral spice phenols like coriander, a bit of citrus fruit esters and a touch of bubblegum, hint of tart cranberry, lemon and bitter orange notes
Taste starts with more grainy malt, cereal, straw, doughy creamy wheat/oat and toasted grist, quite gristy, light farmhouse dry bready yeast but not funky, plenty of saison phenol spices, coriander like, with a bit of a spicy rye, hint of spicy herbal hop as well, fruity esters with pear, bubblegum, citrus, sweet orange peel, very light on the tart cranberry, bit of a flemmy acidity, a bit of raw bread dough
Mouth is med bod, med-higher frothy effervescent carb, hint of alcohol warmth
Overall not bad, good base saison, but not nearly enough cranberry, no idea how fresh this is since there's no date, but picked up recently and should be right in season
