Described as a Mexican Amber Lager, this beer is dark -- a light brown and clear. Nearly no head which remains only as rim bubbles and no permanent lacing.
The smell is of earth elements, fresh tilled soil and mulch. There's some light ash in the background.
Spritzy carbonation with a neutral body. Darker (dry) caramel flavor that gives way to a light bitterness in the swallow. Easy to drink and uncomplicated.
