Review entered from notes. Pint at the brewery.
Pours dark amber, slight haze, moderate head, strong lacing, low retention. Smell is very mild, mostly wet grain. A little earthiness, a little dusty cellar. Taste is pretty similar. Mild, grainy, little must and earthiness. Mouthfeel is medium, dry. Overall, not bad.

Gold color and clear. Moderate head which does create an initial ring of lace on the glass, smaller spots thereafter.
Brewery floor smell of spent malt (in an attractive way). Bready and creamy. No discernible hop nose.
Better blended on the tongue with a soft hop bitterness bringing some balance. Decent body with a higher carbonation level. The start is lightly toasted malt. The effervescence cuts into this bringing forward the bitterness. Shorter aftertaste.
