2 pints on tap at Doolittles in Golden Valley, MN.
L: Pours murky dark pink with a thin off-white head that fades to a thick skin fairly fast. No visible carbonation. Very light random lacing.
S: Berries, fruity & clean.
T: Raspberry, yeasty malt, lightly sweet/sour, light tang. Not sour at all or too sharp. A very light suggestion of bread in the finishing palate. Not much after taste.
F: Semi-juicy, med-heavy body with a slick middle and a medium length lightly drying finish.
O: A very tasty and EZ drinking fruity Ale with no taste of alcohol and delicious raspberry taste. Smooth, balanced and complimentary to foods. It is excellent in its style.

Poured from a pint can into a Guinness pint glass
L - Pours a deep, desaturated pink with a pinkish-white head, about one finger's worth that dissipates in a few seconds. Mostly opaque but a bit of light gets through.
S - Strong raspberry up front, followed by a slight sweetness and some manner of spice. Reminiscent of a sour but with far less tang and more general complexity. Smells very refreshing.
T - A top layer of raspberry tartness and sweetness, balanced with a clean and sharp taste that is almost herbal in nature. Not too much on the back end.
F - Medium bodied and fairly well carbonated, slightly more body than I would have expected.
O - I'm not much for sours, so this offers a great raspberry-focused ale without the face-puckering characteristics of a traditional sour. This would make a good introduction to the more tart side of beers.
