Cloudy pink color. The head was medium sized pink bubbles which quickly disappeared. Can't see any bubbles rising, but the surface is quite active with fresh bubbles popping.
Smells of sour funk at first, but then a strong raspberry takes over. Swirling the glass kicks up a light barnyard, but mostly makes the raspberry more intense.
Tastes of a light raspberry joined by a thin light malt. Tart, but not overly sour. There is a bit of funk and rising bread dough yeast.
Carbonation and overall feel is closer to a sugary coke. Forms a loose froth rather than a foam.
I could do with less funk in the mix. The other flavors aren't robust enough to balance the funk. Nothing in the mix really stands out. It seems more like a cooler than a beer.
