Tap @ The Penguin Bar, Bilbao - Pours clear golden with a medium white foamy head. Medium carbonation. Nice lacing. Aroma - citrus - grapefruit, light bready notes. Taste - citrus - grapefruit,light resin notes, crisp bitter finish. Very nice rye IPA.

In Bar Al Andalus, with rissoto with squids and apple omelette. Very bitter. Its more a DIPA than an IPA as the brewer classifies it in the label Not for all palates but I enjoyed it
