A nice light and easily drinkable saison. Love the touch of all the herbs and such to go along with the yeast and spice. Nicely done. Was my favorite sampler while touring the brewery.

Slight stray taste. Not as citrusy as some. Has a nice clean taste and flavor that allows you to drink more than one. Alcohol is 5% which helps when drinking more than one. Perfect with any food or just sitting around on a summers evening.

As the beer warmed the flavors, feel and style of beer came out. Both my girlfriend and I liked this beer.
