Taster flight at the Beer Farm. Golden pour, small foamy white head. Aroma is sweet, honey, yeasty notes. Taste brings some light white pepper, grassy, honey . Solid.

From a pint can into a beer glass.
Updated after having a draught at the brewery.
A golden/honey colored pour with a thin off-white head with poor retention and no lacing.
The nose and more dominant flavors are malt forward and fruity.
Peach, pear and apple come to mind. There are hints of dough/bread and biscuit from the malt, and faint banana in the background with a touch of honey, sassafras, honeysuckle nectar. Pleasant, but mild hops profile, but not much hops bitterness or spice to speak of, and the carbonation is low, leaving the somewhat sweet and full-bodied mouthfeel and 8.5% alcohol on their own at the finish. An interesting aftertaste.
A somewhat interesting Tripel, lacking in some aspects.
I noticed the original entry is 8.0 %ABV
In the uploaded photo you can see 8.4% ABV.
The can I bought is 8.5% ABV.
Perhaps in the margin of error for the Tripel fermentation process, maybe the brewmaster is tweaking the recipe?

Poured from the can into a tulip style glass.
Deep amber body color, with a dark like orange and hints of light brown along the glasses edge. A faint touch of khaki like carbonation here and there, with a very light off white to yellow/khaki like colored head. Settles to a nice crown, a fairly thick collar too. Decent looking tripel.
Quite a good nose. Hints of biscuit and thick honey like breaded malts, touching a little sweetness. There's some good fruity pear like notes off of this as well which is a great mix. Has this soft cookie oatmeal like sensation too. Very nice.
Palate continues much of the same. Really nicely balanced with no surprises from the nose, but making a good entrance. First sip is fruit pear to light apple sweetness, and more of that soft chewy oatmeal cookie dough flavor on first sip. Hits with some wine like warmth as well, with a simple light feeling palate that is supportive. The finish gets a little more complex, touching on banana that wasn’t evident at first on the nose. Clean and almost effervescent flavors as well make for a good drinking experience.
Very unique tasting tripel and a very well done one.

Hazy amber with no head or lace. Definitely doesn't look like a tripel
Nice peachy ester, a bit of a honey-ish malt aroma
Good peach flavor with a bready and honey-like malt background. No spiciness
Too heavy of a mouthfeel and definitely lacking carbonation
If they thinned it out a bit and upped the carbonation, worked in a little bit of phenols , it'd probably be really good. As it is, it kinda sucks
