Poured from the can into a Spiegelau IPA glass.
Gorgeous pale amber, with exceptional crystal clear clarity. Shines like a gem with topaz orange and lots of fine carbonation. Big rock white head, easily punching four fingers with thick retention. Looks like just a great big bold and rich IPA.
Mild touches of grapefruit and pithy citrus like hop on the nose. Interestingly comes with a bit of heat, and almost smokey quality as well. Seems to hit hot but with a decent simple profile, nothing too exotic either.
Fun simple palate. Mild sensing chewy backbone, but a light malt base for a hint of rind like grapefruit and hinting bitterness. Finishes almost pine like in aftertaste, with soft grapefruit and an almost orange and melon like quality.
Fairly basic IPA but gets the job done

Poured from a can into a snifter. Pours golden yellow orange with a fluffy white head. Smells of citrus hops with nice wheat grain. Tastes of tart citrus with earthy notes and a little bit of light wheat. Beer is light bodied and easy drinking with good carbonation. Overall, a very good beer.

Imperial White IPA brewed with fresh grapefruit. Filed it under Belgian IPA, because White IPAs are based on Belgian Witbier. Talk to a mod if you want it moved. Anyhow....
Pours a hazy gold with a fluffy white head. Good retention and lace
Aromas of grapefruit juice, some pineapple, and a bit of coriander, but that might just be me expecting it to be there.
Tastes like grapefruit juice, a bit of pineapple, and a sourdough bread sorta malt flavor
Fluffy mouthfeel, but light and clean
Not really my jam, but one of the better offerings from them
