16oz can into a pint glass. Canned 2/2/21, so 2 months old.
Looks nice enough in the glass. Pale slightly hazy yellow body. Small white head persists in decent form throughout leaving very good lacing at first. Good carbonation.
Aroma of citrus fruit, mostly lemon.
On tasting, dry, citrus, a touch catty, fairly bitter, overall good taste. Mouth between medium and full, finish dry citrus.
Overall, interesting concept, hybrid witbier/IPA. Wouldn't say no to another.

Poured from the can into a Spiegelau IPA glass.
Pale amber and nicely clear body appearance, with a hint of orange to light brown color. Big rich head, with a nearly bleach white color and easy three finger top. Thick big solid retention and a thick cap that doesn't budge. Good looking IPA.
Real nice aroma hinting of lemon to orange peel quality, a hint of tropical notes as well in the background. Hints a little earthy and dank as well, a mix that is all classic but also strangely bouncing off and not working/complimenting on the nose as much as I would like to enjoy.
Palate really hits the spot though. Juiced up slightly mouthfeel with a real nice hop flavor. Hints of big fruity orange and lemon qualities, mixing even a bigger earthy almost soil tone that makes a real nice addition. Earthy finish makes a good balance to this zesty oil of citrus hop flavor on the swallow. Palate seems to bounce nicely in contrast compared to the nose for a real excellent play of unique earthy qualities and citrus oils.
Real neat tasting IPA.
