On draught at the brewery. Dark gold pour, a thin head and sparse lacing.
Tasty caramelized malt, sweet grainy bread, a tad of spice, leathery hints, and fairly balanced hops.
A nice carbonation tingle, and pleasant subtle malty & leather aftertaste on the finish.
Very enjoyable and crushable.

This is my first beer from Brookeville Beer Farm. It has a pleasant and mild taste that is still somewhat complex. There are malty notes with hops that follow. Not bad at all! I'd definitely be interested in trying other varieties from this brewer.

Clear, reddish amber appearance with a medium size, but fast fading, off white head and light lacing. Biscuit-like toasted malt aroma; uncomplicated but pleasant. Taste is moderately bitter though still malt focused. Enough hops to keep things interesting. Mouthfeel is similar to a marzen but with a cleaner finish.
