Golden draught with a little haze. Weak head and little lacing.
Enjoyable malt, grain aroma and flavor. Yeasty bread, biscuit and mild citrus flavors as well.
Pleasant finish, low bitterness and carbonation. Nice mouthfeel, balanced, very drinkable.

More beery than fruity. A light touch with the orange. Long grainy aftertaste is a bit problematic. Hard to get excited about, Still, an easy drinking warm weather beer.

Nearly clear pale gold body with a small, fast fading off white head that didn't leave any lacing. Bready aroma that mimics a Pilsener with a touch of orange infused citrus lurking in the background. Inoffensive taste that doesn't break any new grounds. Citrus more prominent in the aftertaste. Modestly carbonated, light-to-medium bodied mouthfeel. An easy drinker more like a pale ale than a blonde ale.

Not typically a fan of fruit ales (orange, in this case), I tasted this as a sample in the local liquor store (Carrolltown in Eldersburg, MD) and found it less "orange" and more of a well-balanced, smooth summer ale. I asked the brewer rep on site if it was a wheat ale. He said no, but it definitely appeared somewhat unfiltered. Bottom line is I bought a 4 pack of 16 oz cans and took it home to try a whole pint: Bright (but hazy) yellow in the glass, definite light biscuit and just a hint of citrus in the nose, with a richer taste of both. But again, not really "orange" in the way that some macro witbiers (you know who I mean) are "orange." It will make a refreshing poolside drink. Very well done!
