Our Interdependence IPA intensified with rich notes of grapefruit, stone fruit, and ripe berries throughout. Clean, drying malts make for a great foundation for this all-Mosaic DIPA.

Poured from the can into a Spiegelau IPA glass.
Beaming and crystal clear amber, hinting orange, red, gold and brass colors through a bright see through body. Lively bubbly carbonation reaching to a classic off white, maybe hinting khaki in color. The head stands a solid easy three fingers with big swiss cheese bubbles, and creamy mixed top and lots of staying power. Great looking IPA.
Aroma is real nice as well. Excellent fruit notes, juiced up gum drop with pith like hinting citrus notes. Not as quite distinct from each other, but an excellent fruit hop complex smell. Bright sensing bitterness, with hinting qualities of mint and herbs.
Fantastic palate. Juiced up and creamy sensing body, hitting the mid palate with honey light texture and hinted sweetness of those classic grapefruit and pith flavors. More complexity in berry and gum drop candy tastes, with juicy mouthfeel. Finishes warm, slick oiled, chewy, and excellent herbal and fruity bitterness of hop on the finish.
A real solid West Coast style DIPA, hope they make this on a regular basis.
