On tap at the brewpub.
A: pale golden color; clear with a semi-durable head that leaves some sticky lacing.
Aroma: Sweet (Heaven Hill) bourbon with light baked bread.
Flavor: Mildly sweet; (Heaven Hill) bourbon; oak; with light baked biscuits. A bit too much bourbon flavor; I suspect the barrel was not rinsed before use.
Feel: light-medium body with medium carbonation. Slightly harsh, as if AV > 12%
O: interesting bourbon barrel lager. First one of these I've had. It works, especially if you like bourbon.
