New York Craft Malt Erie Canal Pale Malt and White Wheat, New York Hop Guild Cascade Centennial and Galena (from Pedersen Hop Farm). A delightful bouquet of freshly picked flowers sitting amongst a bright orange and lemon peel bed. A touch of minerality with a refined bitterness.

Pours a hazy light amber color. A thumbnail length foam head retains well, lots of sticky lacing.
Fruity in the nose with notes of peach, lime, grapefruit, and tropical fruit. Aromas of bready, biscuity malts, graham cracker, honey, apricot, orange and woodsy spices.
Firm malt backbone, crackery and biscuity, with moderate sweetness, yet balanced by an assertive hops bitterness. Hops flavors soon take over the palate, juicy, fruity and resiny. Notes of grapefruit rind, pine sap, grass, lemon, lime, pepper, orange and peach.
Medium bodied with a sticky, hops driven palate. Finish is long, dry, and with lots of resiny bitterness. The carbonation is moderate.
Kick ass IPA, lots of hops flavors and bitterness. I would have again.

Very light on the palate. The flavor trends towards grapefruit with a little bit of bread from the malt. Easy to drink and very refreshing.
