Your new go-to winter sipper brewed in the city that knows winter best. A malt-forward Amber ale spiced with ginger, clove, cinnamon, and a touch of vanilla. Inspired by those days on the mountain.

Poured a crystal clear medium amber with lively carbonation and about an inch of off-white head that vanished faster than a fart in the wind. No retention, no lacing. Looks like your stereotypical Christmas beer.
Smells of malts, sweet bread, baking spices, and maybe some slow baked apples. Basic, but good.
Here's the deal with the flavor: It's not super exciting, and the flavor profile isnt going to be new to anyone who knows Christmas beers. Its malts, baking spices, and some subdued sweetness. The 5% makes this a beer that you could drink all day long What I love about this is the mouthfeel.
Lively carbonation. Mouthfeel is so, so smooth. Lighter end of medium bodied. This is just a pleasure to sip and enjoy.
Overall: Reminds me of Working Class Brewery's Snow Job - back when they still canned their beers and made them availabl for retail. I'm gonna look for this one next year.
