A: The beer is very hazy dark yellow in color—too hazy to see if there is any visible carbonation. It poured with a quarter finger high dense white head that has very good retention properties and hardly died down, consistently leaving a short head covering the surface.
S: Moderate aromas of white wine are present in the nose—the Sauvignon Blanc seems to stand out in particular—and also has some hints of yeast.
T: The taste follows the smell and has flavors of white wine along with hints of earthiness, oak, and yeast.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer has interesting aromas and flavors of white wine from the barrel aging process.
