Back to celebrate out 4th Anniversary, this unfiltered Triple IPA pours out hazy and golden. Double dry hopped with 100% Mosaic hops, giving strong mango, peach, and tropical fruit notes. Noticeably drinkable for a big beer.

12oz can from Tavour. Clear golden pour with a thick, fluffy white head. Carmelly, hoppy aroma. Lots of caramel, lots. Enough hops appear in the taste to balance out the sweet malts, although the finish brings more caramel. Really malt forward and little sign of any ABV.

Not bad, but nothing earth shattering. Very clear bronze, slight head and lacing. Mild citrus notes of mango and orange with a pine background. Taste is stronger on the same flavors as scents, a malty caramel flow under everything. Medium bodied, boozy as hell, mouth watering, feel is probably the best part. Overall, a decent TIPA, but could use a bit more oomph somewhere in there.

A: The beer is a little hazy yellow in color with some notes of amber hues. It poured with a short white head that left a narrow collar of white bubbles around the edge of the glass and some specks of bubbles clinging to the sides of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of mangos are present in the nose along with notes of pine.
T: The taste has flavors of mangos along with notes of peaches and hints of pine.
M: It feels medium- to full-bodied and a bit sticky on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation. No crispness is perceptible.
O: This Triple IPA tastes somewhat strong, but tastes more like a Double IPA so it isn't that difficult to drink.

Great big TIPA, juicy, fruity, pear, pineapples, grape, apple, rich sweet caramel malty, nice bitterness cuts the sweetness, not a lot of alcohol heat for the abv. Tastes nice and fresh.

12 ounce can into tulip glass, canned on 9/13/2019. Pours lightly hazy/cloudy deep golden amber/light orange color with a 2 finger fairly dense and rocky off white head with fantastic retention, that reduces to a large cap that lasts. Thick foamy lacing clings on the glass, with a light amount of streaming carbonation. Fantastic appearance. Aromas of huge tangerine, orange juice, red grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, honeydew melon, guava, blueberry, citrus peel/rind, wood, peppercorn, pine, honey, cracker, white bread dough, toasted biscuit, light caramel/nutty, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Minimal booze in the aromas as it warms. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops and bready malt notes; with big strength. Taste of huge tangerine, orange juice, red grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, honeydew melon, guava, blueberry, citrus peel/rind, wood, peppercorn, pine, honey, cracker, white bread dough, toasted biscuit, light caramel/nutty, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Light-moderate pine, citrus peel/rind, herbal, floral, woody, grassy, peppery bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of tangerine, orange juice, red grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, honeydew melon, guava, blueberry, citrus peel/rind, wood, peppercorn, pine, honey, cracker, white bread dough, toasted biscuit, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a while. Amazing complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops and bready malt flavors; with a fantastic malt/bitterness balance, and no cloying/astringent flavors after the finish. Light-moderate increasing dryness from lingering bitterness. Medium carbonation and medium-full body; with a very smooth, creamy/bready/grainy/sticky, and fairly resinous/rindy balanced mouthfeel that is fantastic. Mild increasing warmth of 11.4% after the finish. Overall this is an amazing triple IPA! All around amazing complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops and bready malt flavors; very smooth and dangerously easy to drink for the huge ABV with the modestly bitter/resinous/drying finish; not overly aggressive. Insane 100% Mosaic showcase. Extremely juicy, vibrant, dank, and earthy hops; with a nice sized bready malt backbone. Light residual sweetness with lingering resin dryness. Very well attenuated for the ABV. A highly enjoyable offering, and top tier quality style example. Loved the hop profile as expected.
