Served on tap at Ashley's Westland. Shaker pint. Dark garnet /purple and quite opaque. Aromas of berries and cream, with a light sour tinge. Damn nice flavors of berries, with a tart kick on the finish. Very nice smooth and fuller feel. Great fruited sour.

16 ounce prowler into tulip glass, filled on 12/1/2018. Pours hazy very dark ruby red/purple/brown color with a 1-2 finger dense and rocky pink head with great retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Nice dense soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of big juicy/tart/tangy raspberry, blackberry, blueberry, fruit skin/seed, lemon, lime, peach, plum, pear, melon, red/green apple, red grape/wine, hay, straw, grass, vanilla, cream, wheat, cracker, toasted biscuit, light lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of fruity/acidic yeast, berries, lactose, and pale/wheat malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big juicy/tart/tangy raspberry, blackberry, blueberry, fruit skin/seed, lemon, lime, peach, plum, pear, melon, red/green apple, red grape/wine, hay, straw, grass, vanilla, cream, wheat, cracker, toasted biscuit, light lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Light-moderate fruity/lactic tartness, fruit tang, and light spiciness on the finish. Lingering notes of tart/tangy berries, fruit skin/seed, lemon, lime, peach, plum, pear, melon, red/green apple, red grape/wine, hay, straw, grass, vanilla, cream, wheat, cracker, toasted biscuit, light lacto funk, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a while. Incredible complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/acidic yeast, berries, lactose, and pale/wheat malt flavors; with an awesome malt/tartness and tangy fruit balance; with no puckering flavors after the finish. Lightly increasing dryness from lingering tartness and tangy fruit. Medium carbonation and medium-plus body; with a very smooth, moderately creamy/silky/bready, and fairly acidic/tangy/tannic mouthfeel that is fantastic. Zero warming alcohol for 5.5%. Overall this is a fantastic fruited milkshake sour! All around outstanding complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/acidic yeast, berries, lactose, and pale/wheat malt flavors; very smooth and pretty refreshing to drink with the mellowly acidic/tangy/tannic/drying finish, not overly lactic. Amazingly balanced jammy berries and Lacto complexity; with great lactose and pale/wheat malts against acidity. Not overly sweet from lingering dryness. A highly enjoyable offering, and amazing spot on style example as expected.
