Had on tap at the brewery, poured in a pint glass. Light, very pale white yellow color, hazy, with a half inch of white head tht dissipates in a couple minutes to an eight inch. Tons of grapefruit, pineapple and a hint of dank in the nose. creamy soft mouthfeel with the same grapefuit notes on the tongue, with some peach, melon and pineapple as well. Good if not world class example of the NEIPA style.

16 ounce can into tulip glass, canned in 7/2019. Pours opaquely hazy medium golden amber color with a 1-2 finger dense and rocky white head with fantastic retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lasts. Thick foamy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Fantastic appearance. Aromas of big tangerine, orange juice, red grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, honeydew melon, guava, blueberry, gooseberry, citrus peel/zest, wood, green pepper, peppercorn, pine, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, lightly toasted biscuit, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops and bready malt notes; with big strength. Taste of huge tangerine, orange juice, red grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, honeydew melon, guava, blueberry, gooseberry, citrus peel/zest, wood, green pepper, peppercorn, pine, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, lightly toasted biscuit, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Light pine, citrus peel/rind, herbal, floral, woody, grassy, peppery bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of tangerine, orange juice, red grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, honeydew melon, guava, blueberry, gooseberry, citrus peel/rind, wood, green pepper, peppercorn, pine, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, lightly toasted biscuit, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a while. Fantastic complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops and bready malt flavors; with an awesome malt/bitterness balance; with no cloying/astringent flavors after the finish. Lightly increasing dryness from lingering bitterness. Medium carbonation and medium-plus body; with a very smooth, creamy/bready/grainy, fairly sticky, and lightly resinous/rindy mouthfeel that is great. Minimal warming alcohol for 6.7%. Overall this is a fantastic NEIPA. All around fantastic complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops and bready malt flavors; very smooth and easy to drink with the mellowly bitter/reisnous/drying finish; great soft feel. Amazing Citra, Simcoe, Ekuanot profile. Extremely juicy, vibrant, and fairly dank/earthy hop complexity; with a perfectly balanced wheat/oat/malt backbone. Light residual sweetness with lingering resin dryness. A highly enjoyable offering, and amazing spot on style example as expected.

Served on tap at the pub in a shaker pint. Turbid liquid the color of the pineapple juice and topped with a finger of fluffy foam. Aromas of tropical fruit juices: papaya, mango, pineapple. Some grapefruit. Lots of juice in the flavor, some fleshy pear and green apple, tropical cocktail syrup, chunky papaya and mangos, and grapefruit pith. Full, soft feel.
