16 ounce prowler into tulip glass, filled on 9/28/2019. Pours slightly hazy pale golden yellow color with minimal head retention and spotty lacing. Some clinging bubbles on the glass. I got the end of the keg. Aromas of big tart/tangy pineapple, coconut, blood orange juice, fruit skin/zest, lemon, lime, peach, pear, apricot, red/green apple, white grape/wine, hay, straw, grass, vanilla, cream, wheat, cracker, and white bread dough; with light notes of biscuit, toast, peppercorn, lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of pineapple, coconut, blood orange, fruity/acidic yeast, lactose, and moderate pale/wheat malt notes; with big strength. Taste of big tart/tangy pineapple, coconut, blood orange juice, fruit skin/zest, lemon, lime, peach, pear, apricot, red/green apple, white grape/wine, hay, straw, grass, vanilla, cream, wheat, cracker, and white bread dough; with light notes of biscuit, toast, peppercorn, lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Light-moderate fruity/lactic tartness, fruit tang, and light spiciness on the finish. Lingering notes of tart/tangy pineapple, coconut, blood orange juice, fruit skin/zest, lemon, lime, peach, pear, apricot, red/green apple, white grape/wine, hay, straw, grass, vanilla, cream, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, light peppercorn/lacto funk, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of pineapple, coconut, blood orange, fruity/acidic yeast, lactose, and moderate pale/wheat malt flavors; with an awesome malt/lactose/tartness and tangy fruit balance; with no puckering/astringent flavors after the finish. Fairly crisp/clean finishing. Light-medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth and moderately creamy/grainy/acidic/tangy balanced mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol for 5.5%. Overall this is and awesome fruited milkshake sour. All around awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of pineapple, coconut, blood orange, fruity/acidic yeast, lactose, and moderate pale/wheat malt flavors; very smooth, refreshing, and fairly crisp/clean to drink with the mellowly acidic/tangy/drying finish; nicely soft feel and not overly lactic. Awesome balance of big juicy/vibrant fruits and Lacto complexity; with a nice clean lactose and pale/wheat malt backbone against acidity. Minimal residual sweetness with crisp dryness. A really enjoyable offering, and impressive spot on style example as expected.

Served in a shaker pint, on tap at the pub. Turbid liquid the color of pineapple juice with a finger of foam. Aromas of bread and fruit, pineapple and citrus. Damn nice pineapple flavor, with a bit of coconut and cream. Smooth feel. Nice tart kick on the finish. My type of sour, more tart than vinegar. Fruity and smooth.
