ONE PINT can
Served in a stemless wine glass

This beer pours a Dijon mustard color and is turbid. It is topped with a few inches of off-white head that leaves nice lacing.

Citrus aroma

Citrus flavor with and underlying maltiness

Medium bodied with a slightly chalky mouthfeel

Solid beer

Poured into a snifter. A very hazy bright yellow color with a thick and resilient white head. A nice and pungent aroma with tropical notes, grassiness, and a dank herbal element. Taste followed, but was more fruity than anything with stone fruit, orange, and pineapple. Soft feel. Outstanding NEIPA.

Pours a milky pale yellow with a one inch white head that left excellent lacing. Smells of tropical and citrus fruits, pine and a very mild medicinal quality. Tastes of pineapple, peach, mango, orange, grapefruit and pine. Medium bodied and carbonated, soft mouth feel and a medium dry finish.

Austin Brothers knocked this out of the park, this is elite Michigan haze. Super murky pale yellow, nice lacing, smells great - tropical fruit melange, sweet cracker/biscuit. Taste is so well balanced, citrus, peach, mango, fruit salad, cut by a subtle graham cracker sweetness and dank hop bitterness. Mouthfeel is elite, pillowy, soft, no acid burn, no alcohol burn. Great beer, keep it coming Austin Brothers.

16 ounce can into tulip glass, canned in 8/2019. Pours opaquely hazy deep golden/orange/green/amber color with a 1-2 finger dense and rocky off white head with fantastic retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lasts. Thick soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Fantastic appearance. Aromas of big mandarin orange juice, red grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, honeydew melon, guava, blueberry, gooseberry, citrus peel/zest, wood, light peppercorn/pine, wheat, biscuit dough, light honey/toast, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of citrus/fruity/tropical/light earthy hops and bready malt notes; with big strength. Taste of huge mandarin orange juice, red grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, honeydew melon, guava, blueberry, gooseberry, citrus peel/zest, wood, light peppercorn/pine, wheat, biscuit dough, light honey/toast, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Mild pine, citrus peel/zest, herbal, floral, woody, grassy, spicy bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of mandarin orange juice, red grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, honeydew melon, guava, blueberry, gooseberry, citrus peel/zest, wood, light peppercorn/pine, wheat, biscuit dough, light honey/toast, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a while. Incredible complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/light earthy hops and bready malt flavors; with a fantastic malt/bitterness balance, and no cloying/astringent flavors after the finish. Lightly increasing dryness from lingering bitterness. Medium carbonation and medium-full body; with a very smooth, creamy/silky/bready, and lightly sticky mouthfeel that is fantastic. Slight lingering resins/rinds through the glass. Minimal warming alcohol for 6.7%. Overall this is an incredible NEIPA. All around fantastic complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/light earthy hops and bready malt flavors; very smooth and easy to drink with the mildly bitter/drying finish; amazingly soft feel. Amazing Citra, Mosaic, Idaho 7 profile. Extremely juicy, vibrant, and lightly dank/earthy hops; with a perfectly balanced wheat/oat/malt backbone. Light residual sweetness with lingering dryness. A highly enjoyable offering, and amazingly spot on style example. One of their best ones so far.
