Pours a hazy yellow color with a minimal head that disappears quickly. Aroma of tropical fruits. Taste is slightly sweet with a nicely tart finish.

16 ounce can into tulip glass, canned on 8/22/2019. Pours very hazy reddish/pinkish orange/amber color with a 1-2 finger fairly dense and fluffy light pink head with poor retention, that reduces to nothing pretty quickly. Minimal lacing on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of big tart/tangy pineapple, passion fruit, pink guava, papaya, fruit skin/seed, orange juice, lemon, lime, citrus peel/zest, peach, pear, mango, melon, apricot, red/green apple, white grape/wine, hay, straw, grass, wheat, cracker, white bread, light peppercorn/lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of pineapple, passion fruit, pink guava, orange, fruity/acidic yeast, and pale/wheat malt notes; with big strength. Taste of huge tart/tangy pineapple, passion fruit, pink guava, papaya, fruit skin/seed, orange juice, lemon, lime, citrus peel/zest, peach, pear, mango, melon, apricot, red/green apple, white grape/wine, hay, straw, grass, wheat, cracker, white bread, light peppercorn/lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Light-moderate fruity/lactic tartness, fruit tang, and light spiciness on the finish. Lingering notes of tart/tangy pineapple, passion fruit, pink guava, papaya, fruit skin/seed, orange juice, lemon, lime, citrus peel/zest, peach, pear, mango, melon, apricot, red/green apple, white grape/wine, hay, straw, grass, wheat, cracker, white bread, light peppercorn/lacto funk, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Fantastic complexity, robustness, and balance of pineapple, passion fruit, pink guava, orange, fruity/acidic yeast, and pale/wheat malt flavors; with a fantastic malt/tartness and tangy fruit balance; with no puckering/astringent flavors after the finish. Fairly crisp finishing. Light-moderate increasing dryness from lingering tartness, tangy fruit, and carbonation. Medium-plus carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth, moderately creamy/grainy, and fairly acidic/tangy/tannic balanced mouthfeel that is fantastic. Zero warming alcohol for 5.5%. Overall this is a fantastic fruited sour. All around fantastic complexity, robustness, and balance of pineapple, passion fruit, pink guava, orange, fruity/acidic yeast, and pale/wheat malt flavors; very smooth, refreshing, and fairly crisp to drink with the mellowly acidic/tangy/tannic/drying finish. Nicely soft feel, and mellowly lactic. Fantastic balance of super juicy/jammy fruit and lacto complexity; with a nice pale/wheat malt backbone against acidity. Minimal residual sweetness with crisp acidic/tangy dryness. A highly enjoyable offering, and outstanding style example as expected of the brewery.
