ONE PINT can
Served in a stemless wine glass

This beer pours a hazy, mustard yellow color and is topped with a half a glass of beige head that leaves spotty lacing.

Citrus aroma with a little mango.

Citrus flavor. Slightly malty

Medium bodied with a smooth mouthfeel

Solid beer. Not one of the best but drinkable.

16 ounce can into tulip glass, canned on 3/24/2020. Pours very hazy deep golden/amber color with a 1-2 finger fairly dense and fluffy off white head with great retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lasts. THick foamy lacing clings on the glass with a moderate amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas and flavors of big mandarin orange, grapefruit, peach, pear, apricot, mango, honeydew melon, red apple, berries, coconut, cream, citrus peel/zest, mint, pine, wheat, white bread dough, light toast, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Mild pine, herbal, floral, woody, grassy, peppery bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of mandarin orange, grapefruit, peach, pear, apricot, mango, honeydew melon, red apple, berries, coconut, cream, citrus peel/zest, mint, pine, wheat, white bread dough, light toast, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a while. Awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/tropical/earthy hops, and bready malt notes; with an awesome malt/bitterness balance, and no lingering hop astringency after the finish. Lightly increasing dryness from lingering resin bitterness. Medium carbonation and medium-plus body; with a very smooth, creamy/silky, fairly sticky, and lightly resinous mouthfeel that is great. Mild increasing warmth of 7.1%, with minimal lingering hop burn after the finish. Overall this is an awesome NEIPA. All around awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/tropical/earthy hops, and bready malt flavors; very smooth and easy to drink with the mildly bitter/drying finish; great soft feel. Great Sabro, Strata, Mosaic profile. Very vibrant, dank, earthy, and juicy hops; with a nice sized oat/malt backbone. Mild residual sweetness with lingering resin dryness. A very enjoyable offering, and impressive spot on style example as expected of the brewery.
