Clear straw under a large persistent head of lumpy white foam. Quality funky aroma: damp hay and barnyard leading to pineapple, light pear, and green herbs. Flavor though is cleaner than expected thanks to the pilsner base - leather and straw, crisp grassy hops. Second pour is yeastier and a touch fruitier.
