Hazy yellow-gold with a moderate white foam.

Smell is apple, pear, grapefruit and melon with a little pungent, sweaty hops and pizza dough. I also get a touch of crushed Sweet Tarts in aroma.

Taste is light and spicy with apple, tangerine, grapefruit, pear, hay, grass and light bread.

Lightly frothy with a semi-dry finish.

On draught in a 10oz snifter. Clear straw color with minimal head that disappears to a thin ting and leaves spotty lacing. Aroma is dank earthy hops and slight tropical fruit. Taste is bitter hops up front followed by pineapple juice. Mouth is thin light with a slightly dry finish. Overall a very nice hipped up blonde that is very easy drinking.

Received as an extra in a trade.

A - Poured into a Kate the Great tulip a nice crystal clear golden straw hue with a thin white head that fades to leave light wisps.

S - Aromas of light earthy pine, very nice tutti frutti, guava, passion fruit. Nice tropical fruits too.

T - Taste is similar to the nose, fair amount of earthy pine, maybe light onion. The tropical notes are very very faint.

M - Mouthfeel is lighter carbonated, nice and bitter.

O - Overall this was a solid ipa. Good pleasant mosaic. Solid offering.

Thanks to rudzud

Big foamy fluffy head fades at a med pace, decent soapy lacing, hazy golden straw blond color.

Nose big tropical fruit, musty passion fruit, guava, little orange rind, touch of resin and pine, mild generic tropical fruit, faint fruity bubblegum, just a touch of earthy pine sap resin.

Taste brings some tropical fruits, generic bubbly fruity flavors, fair resin, touch pine sap, musty slight dank tropical fruits, guava passion fruit like, little spicy earthy hop, citrus rind. Finish is drier, big spicy bitter earthy hop, little pine sap.

Mouth is med bod, good carb.

Overall not bad, mosaic is thankfully not oniony although a little pine sap.

On tap at the brewery. Lightly hazy yellow body. Light grain aroma. Orange hops. Maybe wheat or something that lends a mineral aroma. Tastes of grainy malts and orange hops up front in equal portions. Mineral flavor is stronger too. Light bodied and very drinkable. Excellent blonde ale.
