On tap at the brewery. Black body. Medium off-white head. Smells of chocolate, coffee, and just a hint of raspberry. Taste has more raspberry. Chocolate and raspberry blend nicely with a rich coffee. Ample bitterness and lingering fruit flavor. Medium body. Coffee and a bright raspberry flavor damp the sweetness of the base stout. The raspberry isn’t he most authentic-tasting flavor, but that’s to be expected from the coffee treatment. It’s unnoticeable until the aftertaste, though.
