On tap at the brewery. Black body. Very small off-white head and a thin collar. Smells roasty. A little coffee. Chocolate malts. Tastes sweet and very malty. More malty than roasty or chocolatey, if that makes sense. A little alcoholic. Something makes it sharp and mineral in the back end. Oatmeal? Not sure. Medium heavy. Too sweet for me. At least too sweet for the flavor it delivers.

This is a think roasty beast. Reminds me a bit of Marshal Zhu. Think mouthfeel that coats your mouth and a nice touch of sweetness, not too sweet though. Ends with a killer smoked note. The way this one goes down is dangerous. Nicely done.
