32 oz. crowler. Murky purple body. Smell isn't dominated by any one aroma. In one sniff, I get saison yeast. In another, I get berries. And in another, I get hops. Tastes of berries right up front. They aren't sweet or jammy. Astringent and a little acidic and bitter berries. Sweet pale malt. Then the yeast really overwhelms the back half. Bitter, herbal, and earthy yeast finish. Medium body. Southern Exposure wasn't ever my favorite beer from CS and the berries have neither added nor subtracted from the beer. Just made it different.
