On tap at the brewery. Hazy orange. Smells of passionfruit, sweet malt. Tastes of passionfruit, wheat, tart lemon. I don’t really get apricot. Maybe in the very end. Lightly sweet finish that could be apricot. Light body. Pleasant tartness. Nice.

12 oz pour on tap
A: Murky yellow body with a slight filmy head
S: light bits of apple skin and vinegar mixed with a lot of passion fruit
T: Really pops with passion fruit and apricot with a light bit of sourness in the finish and a little saltiness
M: Very light clean low carbonation and refreshing drinks a little like a Gose as I'm getting a slight saline finish.
O: Not a bad Berliner but not a very sour one either. It is very refreshing and easy to drink. So if you are looking for a sour beer look another place.

Beautiful grapefruit juice appearance.
The most on this one is passion fruit.
Nice sharp tartness with waves of passion fruit with some notes of apricot and finishes with almost a guava note. This might be the best Berliner I've had. I hope to see this in the summer. It's a perfect beach beer.
