On tap at the brewery. Very hazy. Smells of floral, grassy, and lightly grape hops. Tastes of sweet fruity hops. Like melon and grape. But also with a bit of an acidic fruit component. Like a faint passionfruit. Aggressively grassy and bitter after the sweet fruity flavors fade. Finish is pithy and bitter. Medium carbonation. Medium body. Not what I expected. I knew it wouldn’t be one of their big citrusy IPAs, but this is an aggressive departure.
