Very hazy dark straw color with moderate lacing. Aroma and taste are both very faint slight earthy hops, but much going on at all. Mouth is thin slightly dry and not much of an aftertaste. Overall the most disappointing beer from the Subject series that I've had.

On tap at the brewery. Hazy orange. Medium white head. The hop aroma is citrus, lime, and some candy sweetness. Tastes of lime, lightly herbal, with some sweet tangerine behind it. Some sweet pale malts and almost no bitterness. Has just a hint of pithy grapefruit in the finish. Medium light, but a pretty sweet pale ale. Very different hop profile than Civil’s standard fare. Nice.
