On tap at the brewery. Hazy yellow. Bright citrus. Orange. Lemon. A little garlic. Interesting grain aroma that I guess is the flaked maize. Very light butter. Tastes of sweet orange. Grapefruit. Pithy back end. Lightly sweet grain. Faint butter in the very back. Medium body. It’s very tasty and the diacetyl flavor is almost imperceptible until it warms.

Cool name, and even has the saved by the bell stuff on it, no can date
Pours a med frothy foamy head with lower retention, good lacing though, very hazy cloudy orange-apricot color

Nose brings a lot of citrus, orange juice, tangerine, some zest, valencia orange, into a bit of musty tropical notes and maybe some pineapple and papaya, some creamy doughy malt as well

Taste brings lots of citrus again, orange and even some grapefruit, tangerine, lots of orange juice almost like fresh squeezed, creamy doughy malt with flaked wheat or oats, soft minerals, getting a bit green as it goes, hops bringing a touch of tropical fruit, pineapple like, and getting green and spicy late but not much, drier finish with more creamy juicy citrus, a bit of alcohol flavor in there

Mouth is med bod but soft and juicy, med fizzy carb, light warming alcohol

Overall this was pretty close to nailing the style (NEIPA), a bit hot on the alcohol especially for only 7.2%, but otherwise they got the water softening levels right and flaked proteins, so there's not a lot of leftover minerals or chalk, it's quite juicy, layers of citrus in there and straight up fresh squeezed orange juice, so pretty good take on Julius. I'm going to have to try more from this brewery for sure... whoa they're from Jupiter Florida? I need to check them out next time I'm down there, and def wouldn't expect it to be this well done.

16oz can poured into a CSBC pint glass. Body looks like unfiltered hazy pineapple juice. Poured a thin white soapy head that receded to a thin ring with no lacing. The nose is mango, pineapple, and dank onion. Flavor matches the nose with bitter grapefruit pith and a slight alcohol finish. Mouthfeel is medium, a little prickly and dry. CSBC lacks the fluffy smooth mouthfeel of a Tree House or Trillium beer, but they're still making the best IPAs in the Sunshine State. I would definitely buy this beer again. Hopefully this wasn't a one time collaboration.
