Center of the Sun (Collab w/ Equilibrium Brewery).
Tall undated can - purchased in a BKLYN, NY boutique bottle shop.
Fully hazed up, orange juice kinda look...leaving ample fine sheeting and strands of lacing.
Bright tropical fruits on the sniff, with lemon/lime, pineapple, mango all joining the party.
On the palate its more of the sniff, with the whole tropical cast of characters shining through. Delicious and bursting with fresh flavors.
Full flavor, complex, intriguing and well worth seeking out.
Lives up to the pedigree of both CSB and EQ...go get some.

A collaboration between Civil Society and Equilibrium, who both consistently make great IPA's. This one a DIPA is very special.

Poured on tap at the brewery. A hazy golden amber color with a medium white head. Great aroma with lemons, oranges, pine, and earthy resin. The taste lived up to my expectations. Bright citrus throughout with lemon, orange, and grapefruit. Nice complexity from resin and subtle pine. Medium bodied and carbonation. ABV well hidden and delicious.
