There's nothing that goes with wetsuit weather more than citrus. and its those influences that allows Civil Society to thrive on the Florida beer scene.

With the aid of Simcoe, Citra and Mosaic hops, Wetsuit Weather pours with the common dense visual display of golden orange and then topped with a creamy white froth. As its perfume of citrus, tropical, berry and herb entice the nose while its first sip soothes the sweet tooth with cereal, honey and shortcake.

The hops then begin to blossom on the middle palate with a bold display of red grapefruit, mandarin orange and lime. Nearly tangy with sherbet-like flavor, a quick followup of mango, passionfruit and papaya adds a tropical flare for complexity and charm. Trending smoothly bitter, notions of black tea come with blackcurrant, sassafras and verbena types of herbs.

Medium bodied, crisp and yet plump, Wetsuit Weather is a juicy with pushup and orange juice flavors to finish. With a linger of tea and gin spices, the beer is both flavorful and refreshing despite such a hefty grain display.
