Light golden color with a 4F head in a Spielgelau IPA glass.
Light citrus and stone fruit aroma.
The beer develops well with warming.
Stone fruit, tropical fruit, and citrus.
A sharp hoppy finish, which is less common these days in IPAs.
Looking forward to tasting more of their beers.

Can from Sprayberry Nov 2020
CS beers are just special. This American ipa style is a pretty traditional citrus forward ipa, but what makes it pop is the body. Man. Looks like it could be thin but the effervescence just fills the palette. Not my fav style for Civil but still a world class quaffer that you’ll just bury!

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
