Barrel-aged stout collaboration with Celis Produce this time with their Classic Açaí Bowl as the inspiration. We pulled stout from Willet and apple brandy barrels, then laid it on freshly toasted coconut, Haitian cocoa nibs, graham cracker and blueberries.
