Double India Pale Ale an amped up version of the malt base for Fresh hopped with Citra Incognito in the kettle then smashed in the dry hop with Citra T90 and Cryo, Columbus, Galaxy and Cashmere.

Yellow colour with haze. White foam, high, with a moderately long reduction time. When the small bubbles are reduced, medium-sized bubbles appear in their place, which resemble detergent foam. No lacing.
Aroma is sweet and juicy fruity. There are sweet tropicals with a hint of citrus and a slightly resinous background. The aroma is very intense, to the point of seeming perfumed.
The taste is definitely bitter, the bitterness is quite 'spicy', sharp and dry, with a resinous character.
Medium saturation. Full body. Smooth texture. Aftertaste long dry, resinous with a hint of tropical fruit.

Pours a hazy golden color with a 1/2 finger fresh head . Smell I’d fruity with tropical hops. Taste has citrus,papaya,melon and passion fruit. Mouth feel is soft and sweet with very little bitterness.
