Poured from 16oz can into a dimpled mug. Canned 11/21/23.
Appearance: medium-rich golden hue with a moderate haze and two fingers of frothy ivory foam.
Smell: fruity, with tropical aromas of mango and passionfruit. It’s not bad, although the fruitiness feels a little … perfume-ey.
Taste: there’s a little bit of wheaty malt here, along wiht more of that tropical fruitiness. It’s interesting, and it’s not bad, per se, but it’s also not the greatest thing out there.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a moderate carbonation and decent creaminess.
Overall: the more I sip this one, the less enthusiastic I am about it. Not much of a ringing endorsement, I know. It’s not awful by any means, but also I’m not gonna go looking for another one.
