Our flagship IPA. Fruity nose. Slightly bitter, with big tropical flavors.

Big fruity nose and poured a very pale and hazy light gold. Taste is slightly fruity upfront and finishes with resinous hops and a lingering bitterness. Good NE style IPA that borders on great but definitely not the best example of the style. Would still recommend.

Appearance: Arrives with a somewhat hazy honey color and is capped by a one finger head; streaks of lace
Smell: Mango, berry and passionfruit tones
Taste: Mango and berry forward with passionfruit building; a hint of sugar cookie in the malt bill creeps in underneath; moderately bitter into the finish with the fruit tones lingering
Mouthfeel: Medium body with moderate carbonation
Overall: Well-balanced with a nice blend of fruit flavors

L: Light honey color.. light head and little lacing. Particulates here and there.
S: Evenly balanced between tropical and fruit. Dank.
T: Hard to pick out specific flavors. I am getting mostly tropical, with fruit close behind.
F: Oily.. light-medium pretty smooth MF. A little hop burn late.
O: A very tasty beer. It's been done before, but it is still very good. The only negative I could pick out, would be the lingering mild hop burn. Looking forward to another!

A respectable NE IPA. The owner/bar keep said this one is made with Mosaic Hops and all wheat grain. So I thought overall it was solid but a little thin / watery in mouthfeel. A touch bitter and could be a liltte sweeter and fuller bodied. Overall its still decent. Would buy / recommend.
