L- Pours bright clear straw into a 16 oz pint glass. Medium head, good lacing
S- Pure jalapeno. Almost like the jalapeno aroma you would get from jalapeno snack foods like chips or cheetos but with beer and hops in the background instead of cheese.
T- Some mild hops flavors which are then overtaken by the strong jalapeno flavor. Mildly bitter predominantly at the back of the throat. not spicy and moderately sweet. I cant tell if the bitterness is from hops or something else.
F- Light body good carbonation
O- A beer unlike any other I have ever had. Its definitely not an IPA but I would not know what else to call it. Its basically a jalapeno bomb so if you love jalapenos, this would be an excellent beer for you.
