Equal part pilsner and Vienna malts, this beer is meant to showcase yeast-driven flavor. Drier as with a French saison, this version will accentuate the spicy character saisons can bring, although you will still get some fruit. Hopped with Hallertau Blanc hops, that will lend a brightness to the beer with the higher carbonation levels.
