On tap at Swillburger/The Playhouse in Rochester, NY.
This one pours a nice and hazy golden orange color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This one smells like orange and mango, with a nice dry grassiness and pine as well.
Like most of their beer lately, this is excellent. It's got that killer juiciness, but has some bitterness and dryness on the back end. It's got Simcoe and Mosaic, so it's been done a million times before. But, it's done well.
This is light bodied, and very cleanly fermented and finishing, with a great level of drinkability.
I continue to really impressed with this brewery - I need to go out and visit them again.
