On tap at Noble Shepherd Craft Brewery in Bristol, NY.
This one pours a light amber color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This one smells like toasted bread, caramel, light sweetness, and some slightly grassy hops.
This is a pretty solid stab at the style for sure. The malt character is rich and inviting - mostly bready, with just a hint of caramel sweetness. It's chewy in a good way. There's a touch of hop bitterness on the back end, and it finishes with a very crisp flavor. There are no off-flavors that I discern.
This is light bodied, clean, and really drinkable. It's a beer that demands to be drunk quickly and often.
This is easily one of the better local versions of this style. I've had like 30 different versions of this style this year, and I'm still not sick of it.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
