Double dry hopped with Strata, Cashmere, Mosaic & Citra hops. We also used some fresh locally grown Cascade hops from Terry Ho Stables in Phelps, NY. It’s 8.5% ABV and super yummy.

Can purchased from Noble Shepherd Craft Brewery in Bloomfield, NY.
This one pours a golden hazy orange color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like pineapple and mango, with some dank pine and marijuana, orange creamsicle, and grapefruit.
This is really well done stuff - it's super soft, with just the right amount of sweetness, with a clean and slightly earthy bitterness on the back end. There's the usual melange of citrus and tropical fruits.
This is medium bodied, with no booziness at all, and lots of creamy smoothness to it.
This is one of, if not the best, beers that I've had so far from Noble Shepherd.
