On tap at Noble Shepherd Craft Brewery in Bloomfield, NY.
This one pours a clear light golden amber color, with a small head, and a good bit of lacing.
This smells like sweet grainy malt, caramel, and a touch of grassy hops.
This is possibly just a little bit too sweet for the style, but it's still enjoyable and very drinkable. There's very little hop character, and a sweet and bready malt backbone.
This does finish very crisply, with a great drinkability to it.
This isn't exactly Noble Shepherd's wheelhouse, but it was enjoyable enough for me.
