A classic American Pale Ale wet hopped with loads of fresh cascade hops from our friends at Drumlin Hop Farm in Bloomfield. Then we conditioned it on Sitka Spruce Tips from the Tongass National Forest in Alaska.

On tap at Noble Shepherd Craft Brewery in Bloomfieldl, NY.
This one pours a very hazy golden yellow color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
There's a lot of juicy hop character to this one for it being brewed solely with NY Cascade - it's an impressive accomplishment. The spruce tips add a spicy but mitigated bitterness to this one - I almost want them to have a more of a presence here. There's still a nice little bit on the back end of this one.
This is light bodied, creamy, and crisp, with a very good drinkability to it.
I want the spruce tips to be a bit more present in this one. Nonetheless, it's still a tasty little beer.
