A hazy New England IPA brewed for our friends at Kettle Ridge Farms. We condition it on their maple syrup and a little bit of grapefruit juice.

Can purchased and drank at Noble Shepherd Craft Brewery in Bristol, NY.
This one pours a fairly hazy golden yellow color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like sweet sticky grapefruit, orange creamsicle, very light maple, marijuana, pine, and stone fruit.
I wasn't really sure how this one would work out ultimately. It could have been very sweet and very syrupy, and somehow it's not. The maple adds a sticky but not strong sweetness, almost making the beer feel creamier. The bite from the grapefruit juice helps keep the sweetness in line. There's also some piney and weedy hop bitterness, along with melon, lemon, and orange creamsicle flavors.
This is soft, creamy, and pillowy, with a great drinkability.
This could have failed spectacularly, but it ended up being pretty great.
