Clear, golden color. Average head but it lasts a long time. Excellent blanket lacing.
Mostly hop infused aroma. Mild paler Pilsner malt. A touch sour.
There’s a light sweetness from the Chardonnay grapes. The brewer describes the base as a Pilsner but the hop is too strong for that style so I placed this entry in the fruit category even if the grape is subtle. Good body with an appropriate carbonation. The finish has the bittersweet combination but it adds a minor sourness.
